1. Order
TAISAN GmbH, based in Hanau, supplies exclusively to business customers (B2B). The minimum order value is €200 net. The wholesale prices listed in this catalog apply to all orders.

2. Product Prices
All prices listed are net prices and exclude the applicable statutory German VAT, which will be added to the invoice. Prices are per item or per set, where products are packaged and sold as a set.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders with a minimum net value of €200.
For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs are charged separately. The shipping costs depend on the shipping method, as well as the weight and dimensions of the goods.

4. Delivery Times
Deliveries within Germany generally take 2 to 4 business days from receipt of the order.
For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is approximately one week.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is generally required in advance by bank transfer. Orders are processed and/or shipped once the full payment has been received.

Payment by invoice may also be offered to selected existing customers by prior agreement. In this case, the invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
Cash on delivery is not available. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest and reasonable reminder fees may apply.

The goods remain the property of TAISAN GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Returns
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Goods must be carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, a credit note will be issued accordingly. No credit note can be issued for goods damaged due to improper packaging or handling during return shipping.
