1. Orders
TAISAN GmbH in Hanau sells its products exclusively to business customers for orders of at least €200 net at the wholesale prices listed in this catalog. Orders from other European countries are accepted starting from a net order value of €200.

2. Product Prices
The prices listed are exclusive of the statutory German VAT, which will be added when invoicing. All prices apply per item or per set if the products are packaged as a set.

3. Shipping Costs
For orders of €200 net or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge. For orders outside Germany, shipping costs are always charged separately. Exact costs must be requested from TAISAN GmbH, as they depend on the shipping method, weight, and size of the goods.

4. Delivery
Deliveries within Germany are usually made within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of the order. For international orders, the delivery time is approximately one week. TAISAN GmbH is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party carriers.

5. Payment
Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not possible due to high fees and administrative effort. Invoices are due 14 days after the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder with additional fees may be issued. Payments for international orders and orders from new customers must be made in advance. The delivered goods remain the property of TAISAN GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Returns
If the delivered goods do not meet expectations, the customer has the right to return them. The customer bears the return shipping costs and is obliged to carefully pack the goods and return them within two weeks. If the goods are returned damaged, no credit can be issued.
